What we need from you
We will ask you to register for a MyDoncaster account if you haven’t already. This will allow you to track your enquiry, and for us to tell you the outcome of your request. You will also be able to access additional online services offered by us. We will also ask you to supply information about the payment you believe is missing. This will include, how, where, and when you made this payment. At the end of the form, you will be able to upload evidence about your payment, such as a copy of your receipt. Providing this information may help us locate your payment quicker.
What you should expect from us
Once you raise your request, we will look for your payment. We will aim to let you know the outcome within the next 7 days.
