What is this for?

To raise an enquiry regarding council trees. This could involve: obstruction to highways, footways, street lights or road signs; dead, dying or diseased trees; fallen trees; or any other tree issues. Trees lifting footpaths should be raised as a footpath defect as they need to be assessed by a highways inspector (link in More Information). Work will be carried out in line with Doncaster Council Tree Policy and Tree Risk Management Plan (link in More Information)

Do not raise an enquiry if you believe the problem is dangerous and could cause an emergency situation. In this case please ring during office hours (Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5pm) 01302 736000 or outside of these hours 01302 737199.

What is it going to cost?

Free for an inspection to take place or for work to be carried out on trees that are the responsibility of Doncaster Council.
