Adult Social Care is surrounded by plans, strategies and standards relating to the workforce that need to be adhered to.

Here are some of the current strategies, plans and standards which we think are important, but the list not necessarily exhaustive. However given the nature of the sector, and the monumental changes it is currently undergoing it will also evolve and change over time.
