Doncaster Council, one of the largest employers in Doncaster, will be throwing open its doors throughout the year to teachers, careers professionals and members of the public who are interested in finding out more information on the roles and opportunities available in the organisation.
This date is specifically to find out more information around our apprenticeship opportunities.
Date: Wednesday 26th June 2019
Location: Civic Office, Waterdale, DN1 3BU
Who’s it for?
Delivered by current apprentices, this is a great opportunity to hear directly from our apprentices on their experiences for anyone considering or know they want to do an apprenticeship after school instead of university, a career in local government or if you are simply wanting to understand the different roles involved in a large organisation.
What you’ll do
This is your chance to see inside a modern organisation and understand what roles are involved to make it a success. You’ll be given a presentation on the organisation, a tour of the modern building and facilities and an opportunity to ask questions with current members of staff and apprentices.
You will understand what opportunities are currently available and in development at Doncaster Council, how to apply for an apprenticeship or work experience placement with Doncaster council.
