Anaphylaxis and Epipen training

Course content:

  • What is anaphylaxis?

  • What can cause anaphylaxis?

  • Accurately recognise child specific warning signs of allergic emergency

  • Emergency Care Plans ( ECP)

  • Use of the Epipen/Epipen Jr Auto-Injector

  • Correct storage

  • Accident prevention

  • Recording of accidents and incidents

  • Planning for emergencies

Duration: 3 hours

Cost: £250 per 3 hour session or £30 per person

Delegates: 10 to 12 on request

Location: Bentley Training Centre.
