What is this for?
To provide us with details of your income and expenditure and make an offer of payment.

Advice is also available if you are ‘having difficulty paying’ your Council Tax.
Problem Gambling advice and Support
If you would like advice or support relating to problem gambling, helpful information can be found at www.gamcare.org.uk
What is it going to cost?
Free.
What we need from you
We will ask you to register for a MyDoncaster account if you haven’t already. This will allow you to track your enquiry, and for us to tell you the outcome of your request. You will also be able to access additional online services offered by us.
You will need your Council Tax account and Property Reference number to submit your request. These can be found on your bill.
We will ask you to supply details about your household, employment, earnings, benefits, and any other income you receive, together with a full breakdown of your outgoings, including your mortgage/rent, utilities, childcare costs, and loans.
You will also be asked to make an offer of regular payment towards your Council Tax arrears.
What you should expect from us
Once submitted, we will assess your circumstances within 7 days, and decide if your offer of payment can be accepted. We may need to contact you if any further information is needed.
If your offer of payment is accepted, a Special Payment Arrangement will be agreed, and you will be sent a letter confirming what you need to pay and when.
If your offer cannot be accepted, my office will contact you to discuss alternative payment arrangements. If we are unable to contact you, we may have no alternative but to continue with alternative recovery action.
