What is this for?
Household Support Funding supports households most in need with the cost of essentials. The fund covers the period 1 October 2024 to 31 March 2025.
What is it going to cost?

What we need from you
If you received a payment under the previous Household Support Fund and we could verify that you are still eligible we paid you automatically.
If you did not receive a payment under the previous Household Support Fund, or we did not pay you automatically, you will have to submit an application if you meet the criteria.
If you make an application we will ask you to provide
- Your name, address, date of birth and National Insurance number
- Your phone number and email address
- Details of a partner if you have one and details of your dependant children
- Your bank account details – sort code, account number and name of the account holder unless you choose to be paid by cheque.
What you should expect from us
Once submitted, we will decide if you are eligible for Household Support Fund. We aim to make a decision on your application within 5 working days. The decision will be sent to your email address if you provided one on your application.
