Household Support Fund application form
What is this for?
The Government has provided further Household Support Funding to Local Authorities for the period 1 April 2024 to 30 September 2024 to support those households most in need with the cost of essentials.
You must meet the qualifying conditions outlined on the Household Support Fund page. Please read these before submitting an application. Applications will close on Friday 30 August 2024 at 5pm.
What is it going to cost?

What we need from you
If you satisfy the criteria of the scheme and you received a payment under the previous Household Support Fund you will automatically get this payment and will not need to apply.
If you did not receive a payment under the previous Household Support Fund and you meet the criteria you will need to submit an application.
If you make an application we will ask you to provide
- Your name, address, date of birth and National Insurance number
- Your phone number and email address
- Details of a partner if you have one and details of your dependant children
- Your bank account details – sort code, account number and name of the account holder unless you choose to be paid by cheque.

We will process your application as soon as we can.
