Disabled Person's Bus and Train Pass Application
What is this for?
To apply for a Disabled Person's Bus and Train Pass because you have a disability or medical issue(s) that affects your mobility. The pass entitles the holder to free travel on buses, trains and trams across South Yorkshire and other areas.
Please read these before submitting an application.
If you want to help with parking accessibility, you need to apply to the Blue Badge Scheme.

What we need from you
We will ask you to tell us details about the disability or medical issue(s) that affect your mobility. You will also be asked to supply evidence to support your request.
Please read the details on qualifying conditions and evidence needed on the Disabled Person's Bus and Train Pass page before completing an application.
You can email any evidence requested to housing.benefits@doncaster.gov.uk quoting your name and address, and putting Disabled Person's Pass in the subject field.

We also have an enquiry counter at the Civic Office in Waterdale. Opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 4.45 pm
If you do not supply the required evidence, this may cause a delay to your application being processed.
What you should expect from us
Once submitted, we will decide if you are eligible for a Disabled Person's Bus and Train Pass within 7 days.
If successful, we will send you an entitlement letter and a further application form so you can obtain your pass from Travel South Yorkshire.
We may need to contact you if further information is required to process your request.
