What is this for?
New Customers
This form is to be used for all new enquiries related our Commercial Waste Service. New customers can use this form to request details of our service, receive waste related advise or receive a quote from us.
Existing Customers
Existing customers can raise enquiries via this form.
What is it going to cost?
New Customers
A full audit will be carried out at no cost. Our dedicated Waste Team will arrange to carry out a full audit with you. You will then be provided with a bespoke quote, you are not obliged to accept this quote.
Existing Customers
There is no cost to request information through this form. There is no cost to amend your service however the service charges will be amended accordingly.
What we need from you
New Customers
Please provide us with as much detail as possible around the service required including details of the business and waste you produce. If you do not know what is required, we can advise and suggest a service for you.
Existing Customers
When raising a query through this form, please have you account reference number to hand. We will require details of the business the enquiry relates to. If you are reporting a damaged bin we will ask you to upload an image if possible. Missed bins cannot be reported through this form.
What you should expect from us
Once the form is completed, our Team will respond to you within 3 working days. If you feel your enquiry is urgent, please note this in the description.
