Zoom Zero Travel Pass
What is this for?
To apply for a new or renewal Zoom Zero Travel Pass or to amend an existing one.
What is it going to cost?

What we need from you
To complete an application, you will need to provide your name, address, contact details, child’s name and date of birth, school your child is travelling to, the boarding point (village) and the number of buses used to and from school.
If you are applying for a new pass, you will have to upload a recent photo of the child.
If you are eligible for a pass because you receive Maximum Working Tax Credit or Universal Credit, you will also have to upload a copy of your Tax Credit Award Notice or proof of your Universal Credit payments.
If you are unable to upload a digital photo or document, you can still continue with your application online. However, to complete your application, you will have to visit Doncaster Council’s One Stop Shop at the Civic Office, Waterdale, Doncaster, DN1 3BU where a Customer Services Advisor will take a photograph of the child and scan your document and upload them to the application.
Please ensure you bring along the reference number with you that is provided once you have submitted this form.

What you should expect from us
Once your request has been completed, you will receive a response informing you whether it has been approved or not within four weeks.
If you are applying for a Zoom Zero Travel Pass for the 2024/2025 academic year, please be aware that passes will not be posted out until the middle of August.
