Blue Badge Appeals
How to appeal if your Blue Badge application has been refused.
Should you believe that an incorrect decision has been made and you wish for this decision to be reviewed, you will need to provide additional medical evidence in relation to how your mobility is impacted. This needs to be from a medical professional and related directly to your mobility needs. Please note, this is at your own cost, and may not be sufficient evidence to issue a badge. Your request for a review of decision must be received in writing within 2 months from the date of your refusal letter. Unless your request is supported with further medical evidence, then your appeal against the decision is unlikely to be successful.
