Advertisement of Publication of the Statement of Policy 2025 GAMBLING ACT 2005

Notice is hereby given of City of Doncaster Council’s intention to publish the statement of the principles (the Policy) that the Licensing Authority proposes to apply in exercising its functions under the Gambling Act 2005, following the triennial review of the existing Statement of Policy.

The Statement of Policy 2025 will be valid for a maximum of three years, but can be reviewed or revised by the Licensing Authority at any time.

The Statement of Policy 2025 will be published on the 17 December 2024 and will come into effect on the 31 January 2025.
