Previously a disused garage site this scheme delivered. 5 new homes, 1 x 2 bed semi detached house, 2 x 3 bed semi detached Houses and 2 x 2 bed semi detached bungalows.  Take a look at the Site Plan.  This Google Image currently shows the previous disused garage site.

Exciting plans to deliver new build council homes for the City of Doncaster

Phase 2 of the Council’s 5-year Housing Delivery plan – includes new build family homes, apartments and over a third of which will be bungalows as well as a variety of detached and semi-detached homes.

Our proposed developments will take place at a variety of locations including:

 The plan delivers on, and matches many of the Council’s Great 8 priorities – including building opportunities for healthier, happier and longer lives, as well as creating safer, stronger, greener and cleaner communities.

We are very proud of the sustainability features that come as standard within our homes.  Features such as Solar Panels, Electric Charging Points, Energy Efficient, Flood Protection, Bird and Bat boxes, Bee Bricks, Planting have been incorporated in the designs. 

Our 2015-2025 Council House New Build Programme will see the continued delivery of new homes across a number of proposed sites. 

We will also continue to work with local housing association partners to deliver our affordable housing programme, through identifying appropriate land and working in partnership with Homes England and South Yorkshire Mayoral Combined Authority

All properties are managed by St Leger Homes and advertised through HomeChoice. An Allocation Policy applies.
