Common Land and Town or Village Greens Register

The Register of Common Land and Town or Village Green is a statutory register that is available for public inspection with the Local Land Charges Section which is situated at Civic Office, Waterdale, Doncaster DN1 3BU.

You must make an appointment to carry out a personal inspection, please call 01302 734638 / 737293

A search of the register can be carried out by Land Charges by submitting Form CON29O and selecting Question 22

Fees:

• a personal inspection of the register is free
• a search of the register carried out by Land Charges incurs a fee of £8.00
