Excellent pay and benefits
Our competitive salaries are regularly reviewed against the wider market.
You can earn between £27,259 to £29,955 depending on experience and qualifications, plus an inclusive allowance of 8.5% for unsocial hours.
Enjoy additional benefits such as:
- £41.78 per sleep-in shift
- 2 weekends off out of 4.
- South Yorkshire Pension Authority contributions
- Up to 33 days annual leave (plus UK public holidays)
- Overtime over 37 hours paid at time and a quarter.
What this means:
- Basic wage includes an all-inclusive allowance of 8.5% bringing the salary to £28,176 - £31,101.
- City of Doncaster Council employer annual pension contributions £4,790 - £5,287 (subject to employee contributions)
- Additional Payment of £41.78 per sleep-in shift (on average 4 per month totaling £167.12. Annually this is approximately just over £2,000)
