Remake Learning Agenda Privacy Notice
This Privacy Notice sets out what you need to know about how City of Doncaster Council will use your information for the data will be used in regards to any activity included as part of the Remake Learning Agenda. The City of Doncaster Council is committed to meeting its data protection obligations and handling your information securely. You should make sure you read and understand this notice before submitting your information to us.
What information about you do we collect?
• personal information – contact details such as: your name, date of birth, ethnicity, address, telephone number and email address.
We will also ask you about your employment status, financial situation and where appropriate we may ask you to provide us with information regarding your health and any disabilities you may have.

Participant information will be used for evaluation purposes. This evaluation will help us understand how effectively our programs are engaging participants, identify areas for improvement, and ensure that our initiatives are meeting the diverse needs of our community.

The City of Doncaster Council collects and uses information about you on the basis that you have given us your consent to do so. You may withdraw your consent and ask us not to use information about you for the Remake Learning Festival by mailing the Remake Learning Festival email address Remake.Learning@Doncaster.Gov.uk
You are required to provide us with your information to receive this service. The consequences of not providing the information requested are being unable to participate or brand your event as a Remake Learning Festival activity.
The law means that you have to give us the information we have asked for on this form. If you don’t give us this information then we will be unable to register your organisation at the Remake Learning Festival or future remake Learning events.
Who will your information be shared with?
In certain cases we may also share your information with other individuals and organisations. For example, if you make a complaint to your Councillor, or if the sharing would help with a safeguarding issue, or help prevent a crime. Sometimes, we might share your information without your knowledge.
The City of Doncaster Council will never sell your information to anyone else.
How long will we keep your information?
We will keep your information for only so long as is necessary – the table below sets out typical timescales for each activity:
