We are pleased to share with you details of the summer  term Leadership Network to take place on Wednesday, 18th June 2025 at The Cypress Suite, Legacy Conference Centre, Unit 12, Shaw Wood Way, Doncaster, DN2 5TB.

Who are the speakers?

Our first keynote speakers will be Professor Rose Luckin UCL University of London & Educate Ventures Research who is an internationally respected academic and influential communicator across multiple stakeholders about the future of education and technology, particularly Artificial Intelligence (AI). With over 25 years of experience, she is a recognized expert on AI in education, serving as an advisor to policymakers, governments, and industry globally.

Our second keynote speaker is Neil Miley who is the CEO of Mercia Learning Trust, a successful trust of four primary and three secondary schools located in the south-west of Sheffield. Previously, Neil worked at Dixons Academies Trust for 14 years, with his final role being their Deputy CEO.  Neil is passionate about ensuring all pupils, especially the most vulnerable, are supported to lead successful and happy lives.

We also have Richmond Hill Primary showcasing how they are using AI to assess writing.

Leaders in Doncaster will once again have the opportunity to network with others in the system, share best practice and have time to reflect on important leadership issues to come up with common solutions.

9:15 -10:00 Keynote 1: ‘How AI can be used in schools’ - Professor Rose Luckin UCL University of London & Educate Ventures Research. Rose will be joining us online as she is currently working in Australia.
