What is this for?
To request a change to how or what date you pay your Business Rates. If you want to set up a new Direct Debit, or change your existing Direct Debit details, please visit the apply for/amend Business Rates Direct Debit page link under the more information heading below. Please remember that payments on your account must be up to date in order to use this form.

What we need from you
We will ask you to register for a MyDoncaster account if you haven’t already. This will allow you to track your enquiry, and for us to tell you the outcome of your request. You will also be able to access additional online services offered by us. You will need to supply your Business Rates account and Property Reference number to submit your request. These can be found on your Business Rates bill. After you have checked your account, we will ask you to select how, and on what date you would like to pay.
What you should expect from us
Once you raise your request, we will update your account. A new bill confirming your new payments will be issued to you within 7 working days. If you've signed up for e-billing you can also access this through your My Business Rates profile.
